Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team at Forfusion Ltd. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Service Desk team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Service Desk team and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.
- Develop and implement service management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to ensure that service levels are met.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality services.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
