Role Overview

Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client base for lending, protection, and general insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a client base for lending, protection, and general insurance business.
  • Maximise mortgage sales through proactive business development and securing new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with the estate agency team to maximise lead generation.
  • Collaborate with your dedicated administrator to ensure smooth case progression from application to completion.
  • Source leads from the branch network.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages and protection.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to business.
  • Experience in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
