Job Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join one of our esteemed, dynamic, and highly respected market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practices covering the Kent region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation is a critical aspect of this role, and we require a pro-active and results-driven individual who can excel in this area.
- As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to developers and clients alike, leveraging our excellent administration and back-office support.
- You will need to demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills, attending regular sales meetings and conducting weekly visits to sites.
- Your 5-day working week will include 3-4 weekend days per month, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.
- You will be expected to provide professional and quality advice from the whole market, achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining our company's policy of treating customers fairly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor in the New Homes Sector (although this is not an essential requirement).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
