About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our mortgage brokerage, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that meet their needs and financial circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
  • Mortgage and Protection Advice: Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions for their financial situation.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Utilize our established network of introducers and referral partners to generate new business opportunities, while also managing existing leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Product Knowledge and Research: Stay up-to-date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation, analyzing and comparing products from various lenders to provide clients with the best possible options.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to strict industry rules and guidelines, providing impartial and appropriate financial advice to clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • CeMap Qualification: Hold a CeMap qualification or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in mortgage and protection advice.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Be able to build rapport quickly with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
