We are seeking a dedicated Youth Mental Health Services Lead to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a leading provider of mental health services, we offer a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry and experience working with young people. They will be responsible for leading our youth mental health services and developing strategies to improve outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our youth mental health services and develop strategies to improve outcomes for young people
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of young people
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to promote healthy eating habits and body image awareness

Salary: £105,504 - £139,882 per annum (pro-rata)

Location: Orchards Health Centre, Gascoigne Road, Barking, IG11 7RS
