Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
