Main Responsibilities

\

Your key duties will include providing support to students in the classroom, either in small groups or one-to-one. You will help create a safe and engaging environment that fosters learning and development.

\

You will collaborate with the class teacher and other team members to develop individualised plans for each student. Your skills and experience will help address the diverse needs of our students and promote their overall wellbeing.

\

Requirements and Benefits

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to be calm, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive impact. Some experience working with children is essential, as is a willingness to obtain a DBS certificate if required.

\

We offer a competitive daily rate of £80-£95, dependent on experience. You will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a skilled and committed team.
