Job Title: Field Service Engineer - North West

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the North West region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain electronic and mechanical Stryker products
  • Complete annual checks and calibrations according to MDR on customer sites
  • Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information
  • Assist the regulatory affairs department and customers with product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices
  • Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance
  • Deliver technical training to internal and external customers
  • Perform installations of Stryker systems on customer sites
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades
  • Ensure efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level in engineering, medical electronics, or relevant experience
  • Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
  • Up to 1 year experience in the hospital environment and healthcare work
  • IT experience on administrative and technical levels
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty
