Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our Residents, while also mentoring and sharing your knowledge with your Colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to Residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Mentor and share your knowledge with Colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, ensuring they receive the best possible training and development.
- Advocate for Residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Recognise and report any signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of our Residents.
Requirements
- Valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with Colleagues.
- Ability to provide person-centred care and support to Residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
