Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care home teams across the country. As a nurse with HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, supporting their professional development.
  • Act as a practice supervisor and assessor for students, ensuring they receive high-quality training.
  • Model professional behaviours, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Recognise and report concerns about safeguarding, ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Experience in a care home environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
