A new and exciting Senior Procurement Consultant opportunity has arisen with a global, multidisciplinary management consultancy based in the heart of Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background across the procurement lifecycle, including strategy development, tender preparation, and contract negotiation. With a focus on delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice, this role will play a key part in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end procurement services.
  • To manage complex contracts, leveraging expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and award.
  • To support the delivery of both team and wider business targets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To contribute to bid preparation and proposal documentation, enhancing the work-winning capability of the contract services division.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, civil engineering, law, or procurement, or an equivalent field of study.
  • Prior experience in providing specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
  • Contract Management expertise, including Public and Utilities Contract Regulations procurement.
