About The Role

A sales-focused position where attitude and potential are valued over experience. The role involves working in a high-volume phone-based environment, contacting customers who have applied for car finance. Your tasks include making contact, building rapport, asking qualification questions, and transferring customers to experienced account managers.

We provide a simple sales process to follow and all warm leads for you to contact. You will be responsible for delivering hard work, positivity, and results that contribute to a future career in our account management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to discuss their loan applications
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand customers' needs and their car buying journey
  • Follow the provided call structure and sales process
  • Achieve targets set by the business
  • Meet KPIs for activity and quality
  • Utilize and update our CRM system
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, prioritizing the customer's needs
  • Maintain compliance standards

About You

  • An excellent communicator with a strong work ethic
  • Contact centre experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a drive to meet targets and KPIs
  • Experience handling objections and responding to customer needs
