About the Role:
The post holder will be responsible for chairing key care planning meetings, monitoring and reviewing care plans, and advocating on behalf of the child/ren and families. This role requires excellent chairing skills, including the ability to manage meetings, summarise and present information, as well as minute taking for some meetings.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good organisation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent written and oral skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively with partner agencies and promote signs of Safety/ strengths based practice.
