We are seeking a highly organized and IT literate individual to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in the role of Senior Construction Administration Coordinator. This position is based in Limavady and offers a competitive hourly rate between £12 and £14.50.
About the RoleIn this fast-paced construction environment, you will be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks. Your duties will include accurate data entry, uploading invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, placing orders, and handling inquiries and answering telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Accurately enter information into our systems to ensure seamless workflow.
- Invoice Management: Upload invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements to prevent any discrepancies.
- Order Processing: Place orders as required by the team.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and handle phone calls in a professional manner.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Construction Experience: While experience in a construction-based office is desirable, it is not essential.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
