Care Assistant

At Kingsacre Care Home, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our close-knit care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Empower residents to maintain their independence by assisting with daily routines and promoting positive choices.
- Deliver personalized care by following and supporting each resident's unique care plan.
- Maintain a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
- Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction.
About You:
- We welcome applicants with an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is preferred, but we also welcome those with transferable skills and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
