We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Kingsacre Care Home, a state-of-the-art care home in Duntocher. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
- Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
Requirements:
- SVQ 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant or equivalent role
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent communication skills

- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10
- 36 hours per week, with paid breaks
