We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Newcastle Hospice. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with ACPs, senior clinical leads, medics, and wider MDT in the development of Advanced clinical practice across the service and in the delivery of high standards of safe and quality care.

The successful candidate will have a Master's level award with appropriate modules in Advanced Health Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing. You will be responsible for taking ownership of your learning and development, recognising and taking advantage of all opportunities to learn, in line with core professional competencies of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

As an autonomous practitioner, you will utilise advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of a range of physical health and palliative conditions. You will work with service users with complex physical and palliative care needs, providing high-quality care and support.

  • Advanced clinical practice delivered by experienced, registered health and care practitioners.
  • Hold an appropriate Master's level award with appropriate modules in Advanced Health Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing.
