Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team at Prostate Cancer UK. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Directors and Department Heads to provide financial guidance and support, helping them understand their financial needs and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, Board KPIs, and management accounts, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
  • Work closely with programmes to offer advice on finance and procurement, actively contributing to new projects to establish strong processes.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to budget holders, ensuring compliance with our policies.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and a focus on customer and user engagement for budget holders and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Recognised professional qualification (CIMA &/or ACCA preferred) with demonstrable experience.
  • Proven record of process development, driving improvement, and preparing financial information (e.g., management accounts).
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven record of preparing financial information for non-finance colleagues.
  • Ability to provide insight on complex financial information in a simple way and proactive manner, building on and managing professional relationships at all levels with excellent communication skills.
