Job Title: Service and Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • To service products from various manufacturers in line with company protocols and agreed service contracts.
  • To work to scheduled visits and report progress to the office via Clik service management system daily.
  • To respond to reactive maintenance/repairs as required by the Service Manager.
  • To compile reports and time sheets, submitting them to the office at the earliest opportunity.
  • To maintain vehicle and test equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, ensuring they remain clean and presentable at all times.

Salary: £42,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
