About the RoleThe estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing up to five supported tenancies within the Swinton area. You will work closely with a large management team to ensure effective, person-centred support services.
This role requires flexibility across the week, with working time including shifts providing direct care and support, as well as off-rota management time. You will be expected to fully understand the needs of all service users and act as a professional role model, coaching and mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services.
- Ensure that caring and respectful personalised support is provided at all times.
- Manage the accommodation and facilities effectively, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care (such as NVQ or H&SCD 3/4/5).
- Demonstrable skills and experience in assessing needs and planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders.
- A high level of motivation and personal commitment.
