Job Title: Chief Financial Optimization Officer

Stonegate Company Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Optimization Officer to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive pricing and margin management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Lead periodic analysis of sales data, profit margins, pricing, and promotions performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Pricing and Margin Strategy

  • Develop and maintain margin management metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Procurement team to negotiate favourable suppliers terms and ensure that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's financial objectives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for margin management, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Culture and Collaboration

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the margin management team and across the organisation.
Requirements:

Proven experience in margin management, financial analysis, pricing strategies, or related roles within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with financial systems, forecasting tools, and data analysis software.

This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months covering a maternity leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Heads of Revenue Management to ensure consistency in approach across our pricing and promotional strategies.
