About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity partners' missions and goals
  • Engage with the public at various events, venues, and locations to promote our charity partners and secure donations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing donors and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or fundraising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
