Medical Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the medical device industry? We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the UK.
About the Role:This is a field-based role, where you will be travelling and working at hospital accounts within your territory 80% of the time. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling, promoting, and marketing our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker's new and existing customers and drive recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on the use of our Communications products to nurses, healthcare practitioners, and surgeons.
- Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of our Stryker's Endoscopy Communication products.
- Learn to record details of customers and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Prioritizing and allocating resources to effectively grow your territory.
- Attend surgeon training meetings, trade shows, and other internal and external events such as educational conferences to promote and give visibility to the company's products.
- Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.
- Demonstratable sales experience, ideally within medical devices.
- A valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Must be comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments, although no prior experience is necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
- Comfortable using sales CRM systems.
- Experience in capital sales is preferred.
