Evolve Selection is seeking a talented Graduate Medical Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding Medical Device organisation. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our leading product portfolio for minimally invasive surgery.

About the Role

As a Graduate Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside our Clinical Product Specialists in visiting Surgeons and Scrub Staff within Surgical Theatres in NHS & Private Hospitals across the East and West Midlands. Your primary objective will be to assist with conducting vital product evaluations for our Laparoscopic products.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits: A starting salary of £25,000 to £30,000 DOE, along with an exceptional bonus, car allowance, pension, and more.

Ideal Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for the role.
  • Recent Graduate: Ideally in a scientific subject.
  • Strong Sales Experience: In a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent Research Skills: Demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing Experience: Highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • Keen Desire: To step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Including competitor products.
  • Support Theatre Staff: Ensuring proper product use.
  • Educate Staff: On product differences and engage in detailed discussions.
  • Oversee Evaluations: From start to finish, providing accurate results.
  • Relay Customer Feedback: To Senior Management for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Assist the National Sales Manager in securing customer trials.
  • Participate in Evaluation Setup: Daily processes, and conclusions.
  • Build Relationships: With theatre staff (Surgeons, ODPs, Theatre Managers).
