About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity partners' missions and values
  • Interact with the public, building rapport and trust to secure donations and lottery sign-ups
  • Work in a variety of venues, including shows, events, and retail locations, to maximize fundraising opportunities
  • Utilize effective communication skills to convey the importance of our charity partners' work
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to capitalize on peak fundraising periods
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
