Teaching Support Specialist Job Description:

The Supply Register, a leading provider of education support services, seeks experienced Teaching Support Specialists to join their team. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and contributing to a positive learning environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

You will assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored support to students, implement IEPs and accommodations, and contribute to managing classroom behavior. You will work closely with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.

  • Implementing IEPs and accommodations for students with SEN.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and providing individualized support.
  • Contributing to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

 

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with SEN. A dedicated partnership manager is available for support, and there are opportunities for professional growth and development.
