About the Role

Diligenta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to customers on behalf of well-known brands. You will be at the forefront of delivering a seamless customer experience, handling inbound calls, and addressing customer inquiries with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop financial services knowledge and skills
