Process Improvement Specialist

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their team in Wellingborough. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality across the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain efficient and safe processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process improvements are fully documented and accessible.
- Regularly review processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, applying Lean and Kaizen principles for ongoing improvements.
- At least 5 years of experience in Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
- Technical knowledge and ability to analyse data to optimise processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers.
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
