About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Autocraft Solutions Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through product conformance to agreed engineering standards and processes.

  • Define and administer the process and equipment required for manufacturing activities.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to drive new product introduction and implement improvements to existing processes.
  • Identify new equipment and technologies to support business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement new equipment and technologies to support business growth.

Requirements

  • HND or Degree in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Recognised Engineering apprenticeship with minimum 5 years' experience post apprenticeship in production environment.
  • Proven experience in low to medium volume machining processes, preferably in an automotive environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Solid Works, Autocad / Powermill experience.
  • IT literacy, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Interpretation of geometric tolerancing and 2D drawings.
