We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Hovis Wellingborough. As a Baker's Flour Mill Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the safe, effective, and efficient running of our flour mills. This will involve working on a rotating 7 on/7 off shift pattern, alternating days and nights, and collaborating with the mill process controller to ensure the highest quality bakers flour is produced.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the mill process controller in the safe and efficient operation of the flour mills
  • Completing sampling and product protection tests to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence
