Assisted Living Care Professional Career Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated Home and Community Support Practitioner to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Registered Nurses, supporting them in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
You'll be responsible for assisting the registered Nurse in ensuring that all residents receive quality medical and personal care, monitoring their wellbeing, and identifying training needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Supporting the Home Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures, and business objectives
- Preparing staff duty rota's and conducting staff supervisions and appraisals
- Identifying training needs and supporting the implementation of our training programme
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Passionate about providing quality care in our homes
- Experienced in a relevant care role and able to evidence full competence
- Qualifications in, or working towards, a level three health and social care qualification
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a supportive work environment, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.
