The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the estimating function of a £50m+ turnover Main Contractor. This company operates in the prime residential sector, specializing in high-end residential refurbishment and new build projects valued up to £20m.

Premises Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in placing candidates in construction and property-related roles. Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the prime residential market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
- Supporting the Preconstruction Manager with day-to-day administration, including sending enquiries and obtaining quotes
- Maintaining relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estimating or preconstruction administration with a construction Main Contractor
- Prime Residential market experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
