- Work proactively to identify and address the needs of clients, using a creative and tailored approach to support their individual circumstances.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Participate in on-call rota, providing telephone and in-person support to colleagues as needed.
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Non-judgmental mindset and understanding of the impacts of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
- Forward-thinking and resilient attitude, with ability to overcome barriers and setbacks.
- Strong character, with ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations.
- Experience in support work or housing, with understanding of housing options, housing law, and basic benefits.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
