  4. Provide a safe, nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  5. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, informing teaching practices and policy decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in childcare, particularly with children with SEND.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and theories.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
