About the RoleWe are seeking a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at Ashford Hospital, Surrey. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing elective orthopaedic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing elective orthopaedic procedures.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.
- Conduct advanced assessments and treatments for patients with complex clinical presentations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- H.C Registration.
- Experience of managing and leading a team of physiotherapists.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing elective orthopaedic procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
