Job Title: Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for Community Recovery Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our Community Recovery Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with complex physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex physical and mental health needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
