About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Smart4Chemicals in Lancashire.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead and manage improvement projects to enhance product and service quality, conduct root cause analyses to resolve quality issues and customer complaints, and foster collaboration across departments to support a unified approach to quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and contribute to the company's overall quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage technical skills and promote a quality-centric culture within the organisation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and pension contributions, and opportunities for career progression within a global company.
