**Job Description**:
This role will lead the development of the end-to-end processes they support, accountable for optimising process performance in collaboration with process delivery teams (i.e. Business Finance, Group Financial Control, Group Commercial Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable etc.)

This will be a hybrid/remote position offering the flexibility to be working in the office once a week.

Reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO), you will work closely with the rest of the business units finance teams, the Group Financial Controlling team, Group Finance Directors and have regular interaction with senior divisional finance team members.

You will implement the roadmap to establish well-controlled processes:

- Develop and implement the RTR/PTP/OTC roadmap with our GPO.

Work with various stakeholders to bring efficiency to process:

- Assist in driving Standardisation, Process excellence and Continuous improvement, define best practices.
- Provide inputs to Policy and Procedures.
- Assist in Ensuring optimal use and adaptation of ERP / enabling technologies in partnership with IT.
- Evaluate Risks in Business Processes/Systems and Recommend mitigating actions.
- Work with our shared service centre partner to define gaps between current and end state.
- Review process maps for accuracy and completeness.
- Implement process standards as agreed and serve as arbitrator in case of process differences.
- Oversee SOP changes and standardisation across the group.
- Monitor process performance as well as progress of initiatives.
- Design metrics and other tools to measure performance against benchmarks.
- Communicate with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide periodic updates to relevant parties on progress of process performance and improvement vs. benchmarks.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Accountant (eg ACA, ACCA, CPA etc).
- Strong experience of the mechanics in the PTP, OTC or RTR process streams and how these fit into the wider global environment. Having worked on multiple processes is desirable.
- IFRS or US GAAP experience.
- Highly skilled in coaching and mentoring of non-direct reports with advanced influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
- A track record of continuous professional and management development to personal skillset.
- Knowledge of best practice in programme, project and change management.
- Degree within relevant field, e.g. Science, Accounting or Economics.
