Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to join our client's R&D team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and correlations, and use this information to inform process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review specifications and implement changes to improve product performance.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as Physical Science or Mechanical/Material Engineering.
  • Proven experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on process control and development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digitalisation techniques and their application in R&D.
  • A valid UK driving licence and car ownership.
