About the Position

We are looking for a skilled quality process engineer to lead our production team at Delkia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly AS9100 and ISO9001, as well as proficiency in using quality core tools such as APQP. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to discuss quality improvements and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving methodologies to ensure high-quality products
  • Represent the team in various quality forums, ensuring seamless communication with senior management and engineering teams
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a quality-focused role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards
  • Proficiency in using quality core tools, such as APQP
  • Relevant degree-level qualifications in engineering or a related field
