Are you an experienced Quality administrator, Document Controller, or Quality Officer looking to progress into a Quality Engineer?
Our client is a Machinery Manufacturer in the Burnley area looking to welcome a Quality professional to their team.
Offering strong training alongside existing Quality Engineers, and even the prospect of gaining Internal Auditing certificates with the business, make this a unique opportunity.
This role is ideal for an experienced Quality or Compliance professional with a strong background in precision engineering and quality systems, particularly those skilled in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Candidates who thrive in collaborative environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with cross-functional teams to drive quality standards will excel in this role.
Lead corrective action processes and root cause analysis for quality issues across manufacturing, assembly, and supplier operations.
Collaborate with quality inspectors, supply chain, engineering, and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of corrective actions and training activities to prevent recurrence.
Prepare detailed quality reports, manage document control, and maintain compliance records.
Support internal and external audit programmes to ensure ongoing quality compliance.


Experience as a Quality officer, Quality administrator, Document Controller or similar.
Perm: up to £35k (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexible hours, early finish Fridays.

Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, 3 x Death in Service, Bonus, Medicash.
