Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team in the ophthalmic theatre. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, conducting pre-operative testing, and assisting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow on the day of consent appointments and surgery, ensuring minimal waiting times and effective query management.
  • Conduct pre-operative testing, including vision tests and medical assessments, to identify any potential risks or complications.
  • Assist surgeons during consent appointments and treatments, taking notes and administering eye drops as required.
