About the Role:

As the Senior Conference Producer - Event Strategist, you will be instrumental in the continued success and growth of three highly successful retail property events, which have become the must-attend gatherings for industry professionals. With a strong focus on enhancing the attendee experience and driving commercial success, you will lead the development of event strategies, conduct market research, and build relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Development: Lead the planning, production, and delivery of large-scale B2B exhibitions, with a focus on enhancing the attendee experience and driving commercial success.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key trends, emerging topics, and high-profile speakers to ensure the event content is relevant, engaging, and market-leading.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, sponsors, and partners to ensure their involvement and support for the events.
  • Team Leadership: As the first producer on the team, you will play a crucial role in laying the groundwork for future growth, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business expands.
