Children's Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and confident Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to deliver high-quality social work services.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake assessments, planning, and interventions with children and their families, ensuring their voice, wishes, and views are central to the planning and delivery of work.
- Lead and coordinate multi-agency partnerships, plans, interventions, and meetings to ensure children and young people are safe and their holistic needs are being met.
- Support children and young people through robust assessment, SMART planning, and effective intervention to achieve positive outcomes within their families and communities.
- Work within a restorative practice approach, intervening to address both presenting concerns and underlying difficulties.
- Deliver all aspects of work in accordance with safeguarding policy, procedure, and standards, ensuring that children are at the heart of decision-making.
