">About the Role
">- The post holder will be responsible for assessing clients' needs and developing tailored interventions to address these needs.
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for service users.
- Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy practices to enhance clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
">- To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing occupational therapy assessment and treatment for service users in receipt of care from community services.
- To enable service users to engage in a range of community-based treatment activities, promoting their engagement and participation in daily life.
- To actively contribute to the promotion of occupational therapy within the service area, raising awareness of its benefits and applications.
Requirements
">- COT Diploma or BSc Occupational Therapy Degree OR Pre-registration MSC Occupational Therapy.
- A current driving licence and access to a car during the working day is essential (reasonable adjustments will be considered for any applicants who are unable to drive due to a disability).
- Willingness to undertake Practice Placement Education and Trust training.
- Ability to reflect and critically appraise own performance, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Salary Information
">The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £34,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
