Retail Store Leader, Performance Enhancement

Morrison's is seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader, Performance Enhancement to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and supportive leadership. You'll also work with our teams in Head Office to ensure we have the best availability on the high street, making Morrisons a one-stop shopping destination.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a store in a fast-paced food retail environment and a passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture. We're offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a car allowance, private healthcare, and colleague discount.
About the Role
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing a store in a fast-paced food retail environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
