We are seeking a talented Social Researcher to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality evaluations and research projects that drive meaningful change in the socio-economic landscape.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in socio-economic research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality evaluations and research projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research studies to evaluate the impact of socio-economic policies and programs
  • Collect and analyze data using various research methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, and practitioners
  • Collaborate with team members to develop research proposals and project plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social research, policy analysis, or economics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in socio-economic research, including evaluations and research projects
  • Excellent research design and methodological skills
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
