Senior Occupational Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified occupational therapist to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients across various settings.
Main Responsibilities- To assess and treat patients with complex needs who would benefit from a coordinated multidisciplinary assessment, rehabilitation, and discharge services.
- To develop and implement remedial and preventative treatment programmes addressing motor, sensory, cognitive, perceptual, psychological, and occupational areas.
- To identify risks, complete risk assessments, and implement risk management strategies.
- To work within local policies and procedures, national standards, and guidelines.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £44,806 - £53,134 per annum, inclusive of HCAS. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
Requirements- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist in a physical setting.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and with patients, families, and carers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
