Care and Support Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Team Leader to join our team at Hartford Care.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the night shift team and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and attention. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualised care and support to residents
  • Leading and motivating the night shift team
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient completion of necessary paperwork
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to working hours
