Rolls-Royce SMR is revolutionising the nuclear industry by implementing Workday HRIS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and testing various Workday modules to support the ongoing maintenance and changes to our HR system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS teams and certifications in Workday HCM and other modules. Your strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will enable you to succeed in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £52,500, plus benefits such as pension contributions, private medical insurance, and life assurance. You will also receive 28 days' annual leave and the option to buy or sell up to four days.

We operate within the safety regulations of the nuclear industry, requiring all applicants to undergo additional screening.
